Hosted by world-renowned Executive Chef Jeremy Leech in his spacious D.U.M.B.O loft space, this 2-hour hands-on Mommy & Me Cooking Class will get your junior chef trained on basics of kitchen safety and cooking skills while Chef Jeremy guides you both through the creation and completion of 3 healthy, kid friendly dishes.

Mommy & Me Cooking Classes are not only incredibly fun for you and your little ones, but they also provide the perfect hands-on opportunity to introduce your kids to a vital lifelong skill that will allow them to prepare healthy meals for themselves and everyone they love.
My mom is an AMAZING cook. As I grew up, I was always watching her cook, and was always eager for any chance to help her in the kitchen. My mom loved cooking for her family so much that she attended culinary school in order to elevate her home cooking and become the most extraordinary home chef.
As my mom passed down her love and passion for cooking to me, cooking holds a very special place in my heart, and I want to share my love for cooking and creating delicious, healthy food with everyone, especially moms and their kids.
I’ve been hosting successful cooking classes for adults for several years now, and want to open my classes up to moms and their kids, as well. My safe & clean D.U.M.B.O loft space offers an incredible 1000+ square feet, including a gorgeous patio, where you and your kids can get to know and love the art of cooking from my chef style kitchen.
Working with children in the kitchen is simply wonderful. When you get kids into the kitchen at an early age, you give them a gift that they’ll be able to share with their friends and their families for generations to come. Imagining your kids, grandkids, great-grandkids preparing and passing down treasured family recipes is truly a unique, timeless way to preserve your family heritage.
As for me, I decided to follow in my mom’s footsteps, although in a professional setting, by entering the hospitality business at the ripe age of 15. After high school, I went on to train at the Le Cordon Bleu academy in Portland, as well as the Western Culinary Institute.
Within a few years of completing culinary school, I continued my culinary dream in Florida by working as a Sushi Chef in Disney World’s famed California Grill.
During my time at Disney World, I got to meet and cook for hundreds of thousands… maybe even millions, of families, as I witnessed the sheer delight brought to children as they experienced new culinary adventures with their families.
After Disney, and a stint in NYC, I headed to Bangkok, Thailand, for two years where I worked as a head chef, executive chef, and owner of one of Bangkok’s top food trucks, FullMoonFoodTruck. While in Thailand, I used my food truck to supply food to local orphanages and introduce the children to the love of good food.
Now that I’m back in the good old U.S. of A., I’m excited to share my love of cooking with you and your family.
