I’ve been in the food biz since I was 14 years old, and I’ve traveled the world with food being the heart of my adventures. I’ve eaten my way from Thailand, Singapore, Japan, and China to Greece, Italy, Spain, Germany, all over the U.S. and Mexico. I’ve met so many amazing chefs and partied with so many people along the way that share the same passion for food as me.

Working at the Michelin-recommended restaurant, The Clover Club, I’ve catered thousands of events and parties in my career. I believe in sourcing only the best seasonal foods, working with local farmers, and supporting the environment whenever possible.
